Reel Literature

Reel Literature is the quintessential blog for book to movie adaptations where our motto is “Love the book. Tolerate the movie.” On the blog, you will find book and movie reviews, book-related news, thought-provoking book quotes, and original posts from The Wizard and invited guest writers. Additionally, we celebrate diversity in the book world by reviewing books from authors representing marginalized groups.

Books Teacup and Reviews

“You can never get a cup of tea large enough or a book long enough to suit me.” – C.S. Lewis

Hello everyone! My name is Yesha. I am simply a reader, just like you, who love to read with always a cup of tea in hand. I am no critique. Here you will find book reviews from reader’s point of view.

My actual reading passion started with a book- No, it was not Harry Potter- “Next by Michael Crichton” 2 yrs ago. Unusual choice right! I am qualified pharmacist, so that explains I think. And wait! after that I picked “The Lord of the Rings series”. And then I couldn’t keep myself from reading and I read many famous and different types of books (yes, including Harry Potter).

What I read? You see from the very beginning I picked challenging books and I still couldn’t help myself trying various genres and challenging books. So, I read almost anything with interesting stories whether it is book or short story, and even Wattpad stories.

My reading taste has grown more diverse now and still developing. But, my all time favorite genres are- YA, Fantasy, Fiction, Mythology, Mystery, Paranormal, and Thriller.

I really enjoy fast-paced books. If the book is fast-paced and from one of the genres I mentioned above, Hurrah! it definitely will be in my read list.

Chapterinmylife

Hi and welcome to Chapter In My Life – my blog about all things books! My name is Sharon and I have an obsession – with books! I read daily and on average devour 2/3 books per week (more if time permits). In particular I love Crime/thrillers/police procedurals. I started my blog for a couple of reasons, I wanted somewhere to store my reviews and thoughts on the books that I love, I want to offer support to all the fantastic authors out there – reviews REALLY do make a difference, so whether it’s a one word review or a page please show your support for the work that all the authors put in to producing a product that gives us so much pleasure! and of course I want to spread the word about all the books I love – I want to make people read more!

The Last Page

The Last Page is a personal book blog where I post reviews, author interviews, bookish discussions, and the occasional giveaway. I’m a mood reader and my tastes tend to be pretty eclectic – there are very few genres I won’t read. Posts go up twice a week and I actively review ARCs.

I mostly read YA and NA and my favourite genres are fantasy (from urban fantasy to high fantasy), retellings, contemporary, mystery/thrillers, sci-fi and paranormal.
I don’t read middle grade or children books.
