Céline’s book corner

In this blog, I share my passion of reading with the world.
My favourite genres are historical fiction, fantasy, dystopia, and thrillers, but I would love for this blog to allow me to read in more genres and not be stuck reading the same types of books all the time so I also accept sci-fi, thrillers and contemporary books.

The Hungry Bookworm

The Hungry Bookworm combines all the best things about books with all the best things about food. Each book review is paired with a recipe, inspired by the book or mentioned in the pages, making it the perfect companion for book clubs! In addition to reviews/recipes, I participate in monthly book lists and book tours.

Irrevocably Me

A dreamer. A writer. An avid reader whose middle name could very well be Netflix.

I love reading and I enjoy writing just as much. Short fiction intertwined with posts blaring out poetry is what you would get to read here.

When I am not reading or writing, I am mostly catching up on my backlog of TV series.

The BookWorm Drinketh

I am an avid reader and an alcohol connoisseur.. which is totally different from an alcoholic.. I swear. I wanted to create an open forum to pair books with alcoholic beverages based on the theme, feel and/or content of the book. I will warn you right now that I enjoy most genres, so prepare to expect the unexpected. You could see anything from Romance to Bizarro! Please join me on my pairing journey and join the discussion! (but, don’t imbibe too much, I’m trying to keep things civil here! … Although, I’m always up for a good debate! 😘)

I love everything books, booze and food and love to blog about all, or sometimes I Digress and just do my own thing because.. Why not??

Join me for my Book Reviews/Drink Pairings, my National Food & Drink Celebrations, Far Side Fridays, and Game On Saturdays!

RJ’s Views

Built on the foundation of “old school values” handed down to me by my grandparents.
I have been “Sharing It Straight” for ten years. No fluff and stuff, just honest, unbiased reviews.
Visit RJ’s Views. where character is more than a fictional creation.

Writing from the Heart

I have always been a big lover of fiction; whether it be soppy romance or dark scary, horrors. I love curling up with a good book, whether it be paperback or kindle edition! There is no one typical genre that I enjoy more than another; if the story grabs me then it is a winner to me. So, when I saw that other people were blogging about the books that they had been reading, well…i just had to give it a go myself. I love reading stories and then sharing them with my followers via WordPress/Twitter, etc.

The main topic of my blog is books/authors but I also create my own short stories too which I share on my blog every so often.

Simply Books

Simply Books is a creative hobby-blog that chats about everything related to books, reading and more.

Leila Goreil is the writer and creator of Simply Books and can’t wait to share her love of reading with you.

After seeing many others launch blogs and share their love of books, Leila, of course, wanted to put in her two-cents.

Working full-time as a Website Coordinator for a Canadian footwear retailer, she thought her professional skills as a web-based designer and her love of books paired well into a blog.

Leila lives in a blossoming Ontario harbor-front town just north of Toronto where she also works and plays.

When she is not reading (or working), she is catching up with friends and family, enjoying the local farmer’s market, trying a new restaurant or binging on Netflix shows with her cat, Willow.

Let Us Talk of Many Things…

I am an established hybrid author published for over 20 years in the UK and in the US and other countries. I have been blogging for many years now, and thoroughly enjoy helping authors (especially indie) get noticed. I am happy to host book tours and guest posts – usually scheduled for Tuesdays on my ‘Tuesday Talk’ slot. Although I write historical fiction and nautical adventure (with a touch of fantasy) I am happy to host anything that is ‘interesting’ (although see below for details. I don’t have a readership for YA, horror or erotica.) I prefer articles that are about something of interest rather than just ‘this is my book’, although of course this can be mentioned, and I am happy to include an links to FB, Twitter, websites and Amazon etc. I am happy to include giveaways, although it up to the author to organise these.

I link all posts on Google, Facebook and Twitter
