The Travelling Reader

We read and review fiction books which have been based in the UK. For some books, we travel to the place the book was set and on our return from our travels, we review both the book and the place and post the reviews on the site. We have dedicated pages for our book reviews, our place reviews, a blog and a subscription service which incorporates the travelling we do.

The Book Chick

A blog about all the books a 20-something bookaholic reads. She takes every chance she gets. It does not mater if it is on the buss or while waiting for the buss, in the queue at the bank or in the freaking cashier line at the local food store. She even reads while she eat her breakfast or making her dinner. Even before bed and in bed. And while she does not read, shes listening on audio books. Yep! This one eat, sleeps and breaths books…. or something like that.

LFBooks

I have too many books, don’t even go into my spare bedroom. I love books and I also love writing. So I thought why not start a blog to make me write more in order to get better at it. Plus along the way maybe entertain some people and join the community.

Bookstock Festival

Bookstock Festival, is the book equivalent to Woodstock music festival. We share books that are different and new. New authors trying to make a name for themselves in the sea of books out there. We also share the love just like the original Wookstock Festival because we all know the world could use more love. Make Love, Not War and Read!

Bibliophilecher

My blog is a page for me to post my reviews for Fiction books I receive. I am a huge fan of all YA books and some (new) adult books. I mainly read YA and prefer it, especially (in order) Fantasy, Historical, Action/Adventure, Contemporary, and a little bit of Sci-Fi or Futuristic. I enjoy books that have a sub-plot of romance and has a good amount of action in it. I like books that will make me laugh as I am not a big fan of books that are too serious. I am a huge fan of historical fiction, particularly sea-faring/pirate books. I read mainly Fiction books and do not often pick up/read Nonfiction. My disclaimer for reviewing books is under the “About Me” tab.

BookHermitt

I love all things books! I started this wonderful addiction in 7th grade with my first Stephen King novel, Pet Semetary. I have been reading non-stop ever since and I am in my 40s. 🙂 My favorite genres include Horror, Crime, Mystery/Thriller but I do branch out of my comfort zone from time to time. I love funny memoirs like Jen Lancaster, Laurie Notaro and The Bloggess. I would rather read than do just about anything else. And I ALWAYS have a book on me!!
